Out of my research interest, I have been working collaboratively with INGOs and reputed universities from the USA, Australia, Poland, and Malaysia. The projects are mainly focusing on trauma, refugee mental health, psychosocial intervention, and behavior change program. Concerning Mental Health Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), I have more than five years of experience in providing technical support, training, and supervision on MHPSS to the counselors who work with Rohingya refugees staying in Bangladesh and Malaysia. Since 2015, my close interaction as a ‘Master Trainer’ of a refugee-oriented Integrated ADAPT Therapy with the refugee community has enlightened me to better understand the trauma-exposed population. Finally, I have worked as an adjunct senior lecturer at Perdana University, Malaysia, from May 2019 to October 2020, where I felt comfortable and energized in the academic environment. Icddr B
