Organizing various entertainment events in Camps Organizing periodic camp inspections and Audits to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations as well as company policies. Monitoring periodic maintenance of camps transport vehicles. Reviewing reports on fuel consumption and off-road camps vehicle status. Reviewing optimum utilization of deployed vehicles Special Assignment as “RIT Leader” The purpose of the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) is to implement various productivity enhancement tools, and techniques to ensure that workers return to a more productive state as quickly as possible. Assessed all skilled workforces and categorized them in A, B & C grades based on performance & attendance. Initiated the concept of the Online Manpower Resource Deployment System (RDS) Identified productive & non-productive manpower through GET – 12 program in coordination with Management Consultant, M/s.
