Expertise in Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance procedures. 3. Manage any emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs appear in the shift to ensure smooth run of all equipment and machinery with least downtime. 4. Check and Calibrate machinery and equipment after performing electrical maintenance works to ensure that the practices are carried out in accordance with the accepted standard and industrial norms. 5. Capable of reading and understanding machine drawings, control drawings & single line diagrams. 6. Good diagnostic & trouble shooting skills. 7. Ensure all machines have PLC Program backup and updated monthly. 8. Issues reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem. 9. Adopt a cost-conscious approach to utilization of approved resources including maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts and manpower. 10. Provide coaching to lower level technicians and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer of skills and performance as per standard codes and practices. 11.
