On an individual level, this includes adopting a bio-individual, real food lifestyle, eliminating toxins, and addressing underlying imbalances within the body. For companies, I developed evidence-based content and business development strategies that addressed nutrition, lifestyle, toxin exposure and overall wellness. Prior to that, I spent nearly a decade working in marketing, content development and technology. My love is combining my marketing/ corporate background with holistic health to develop content, campaigns and partnerships that ultimately lead to a healthier community and planet. Outside of work, you can find me exploring Austin, walking my neighborhood trails with my husband and three young kids, reading a good book or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
