Responsible for conducting the INTERNAL AUDITS concerned with HR, Quality, C-TPAT & Social Compliances. Responsible for manage all External Audits related to Third Party & Customers. Responsible for Worked with different buyer's and ensure the implementation of CODE OF CONDUCTS such as IKEA, Wal-Mart, JC Penny, SEARS, HNL, H&M, GAP, MANGO, M&S, NEXT, TESCO, ZARA, LEVI’S, TARGET, BESTSELLER (BS), Deben hem, K-Mart, PVH, SANHAM, LaRedute and other customers. Responsible for ensure the implementation of Third Party Certification such as CT-PAT, GOTS, WRAP, BSCI, ISO 9001 2008, ITMF, SA 8000, and FAIR TRADE. To review and set the company’s Policy & Procedures with reference to “FACTORY ACT 1934”, “SINDH FACTORIES RULE”, SIRA 2013, STANDING ORDINANCE 1968 & NEW LABOR LAW 2015. To work on new latest platforms such as Higg Index (FEM), SEDEX, SIPP (New Auditing Platform). To handle issues related to CBA and LABOR COURT with reference to Industrial Disputes and solve their Grievances as Shop Steward. Organizations and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting (a) use of the Compliance Hotline; (b) heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct, and (c) understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures. Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers. Attending the training sessions from customers where new amendments related customer COC need to be implemented in the facility.
