In October 2012 took higher role as Sr.COO to ensure Myanmar Brewery continues as the leading company in Myanmar. Again in October 2013, MBL created a new role called HOC where he have fully responsibility for entire commercial operation In February 2014 expanded his knowledge to Telecom industry joined newly formed one of the Qatar based company called “Ooredoo” as National Sales Director and launched the first international telecom operating business in Myanmar With his more than 20 years of Myanmar market experience, knowledge & network, in late October 2014 decided to run his own firm named Ground Solution Ltd. which focus consulting, advisory, projects and event management especially in Marketing, Sales, and Distribution & Services Areas Serve as consultant and advisor for MNCs/local private companies and freelance speaker for Marketing and Customer Services Seminars and Conferences.
