Control appropriate social media to support Mall • Create opportunities to drive traffic and sales • Understand and meet legal requirements for special events, vendor contracts, volunteer guidelines, etc., as they pertain to implementing the marketing plan • Prepare and provide regular verbal and written reports including marketing plan summary, sales updates, public relations value, competitive analysis, traffic counts, etc., to corporate and center management, investment partners and other designated parties • Assist Leasing as needed through research and marketing efforts in achieving 100% tenant occupancy. • Marketing Plan - Provide Strategic marketing planning and direction • Ensure target driven revenue generation task • In-depth knowledge about SOH (Space on Hire) agencies in India specially Delhi NCR and BTL(Below the line) agencies for on-going activations • Ensure the mall develop and execute a rolling twelve month marketing calendar of Promotional Events, Advertising Strategy, Public Relations and Retailer development and training • Develop cost efficiencies and economies of scale in marketing expenditure • Use initiative and extensive industry contacts to develop marketing and business plans that will provide the client with the best results • Press Relations- Oversee and mentor the marketing managers as required for preparation and distribution of press releases to specific promotional events • Legal – Be aware of the legal and insurance requirements with regard to all marketing / promotional activities, and ensure strict adherence to these by the Centre teams • Competitive Activities – Assist the center teams as required to monitor all competitors as highlighted by the business plan, and Centre Manager are kept fully aware of these • Recommendations- Assist Leasing and Centre teams in the production of Ambience recommendations such as tenancy remix strategies. • Marketing Plan-Provide Strategic marketing planning and direction for Logix City Center • Ensure the mall develop and execute a rolling twelve month marketing calendar of Promotional Events, Advertising Strategy, Public Relations, and Retailer development and training • Direct and assist onsite Marketing Executives in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies • Use initiative and extensive industry contacts to develop marketing and business plans that will provide the client with the best results • Use superior analytical and communication skills to develop strong Client relationships and keep eye on the goal of enhancing the value of the retail portfolio for Logix City Center • Press Relations- Oversee and mentor the marketing managers as required for preparation and distribution of press releases to specific promotional events. • Reporting- Review the Malls monthly marketing reports ensuring they contain clear explanation as to how these benefit the investment • Legal – Be aware of the legal and insurance requirements with regard to all marketing / promotional activities, and ensure strict adherence to these by the centre teams • Competitive Activities – Assist the centre teams as required to monitor all competitors as highlighted by the business plan, and Centre Manager are kept fully aware of these • Assist Leasing and centre teams in the production of Logix recommendations such as tenancy remix strategies. • Planning, Execution of all events, Promotions & Schemes - Ensure the execution of the Event, scheme & promotion as per the Plan, Coordination with the Sup/DM for the availability of the manpower at the time of the event/ scheme/ promotion, Coordination with external agencies for the miscellaneous activities • Support the store topline ABP Sales - Supported the store on timely execution of all the promotions linked to drive category or store business objectives • Instore Activation (Promotions), Position Central as the perfect destination to shop - Potential growths by strong plan & weekly reviews/trackers and Ensure 360 degree implementation of promotional activities including all ATL & BTL initiatives planned for the promo • Ekit enrollments & store payback hygiene - Weekly meetings on payback and timely reviews • Customer experience management - Timely execution of exit interviews consumer research programs to drive focus and culture around customer. Consistent implementation of Celebrate weekend ideas including keeping the buzz alive during weekends by way of movies, kids activities, music fest etc. Customer Satisfaction Index, Database Mgt, Driving customer initiatives in the store - database, feedback, magazine, any other • SOH (Space on Hire) - Revenue Generations, potential growths by strong plan & weekly reviews/trackers. Ensure execution as per the booking and Timely submission of MOU`s & payments • Vendor Management – Weekly reviews & feedbacks and 100 % accuracy on budgeting timely invoicing / PO`s • Assisting the Regional Marketing in the preparation of the Marketing plan - Trend Analysis, competition analysis and other figures • Tie-ups for Store Promotions - Working out the cost-benefit analysis for tie-ups, Identification of the category with whom tie-ups need to be entered into. • Manages revenue of the company via BTL & branding within a defined geographic area • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in revenues through positive planning • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short & long term sales & revenues • Responsible for assisting the Marketing Head in planning budget and coordinating the promotional events or campaigns • Preparation of MIS for marketing department to keep the tracks of Revenue & Expenses • Assisting team for overall planning, implementation & execution of the events • Creating event flow & channelized overall process • Coordination with media regarding Ads & Coverage, which helps to evaluate the events/activities awareness among the common people • Coordinating with agency for social networking sites of Shipra Mall • Summer Training to the MBA interns to enhance their knowledge regarding the Mall Sector • Coordination with Vendors & Retailers regarding any event/activity.
