Lead, manage and monitor OSH team in conducting workplace inspection on a regular basis to minimise adverse impacts on the business; identify potential hazards and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions in safety management; monitor, coordinate and conduct accident investigation as and when required and be the keeper of all records and ensure closure of all corrective actions. Create and promote awareness, and implement Occupational Health and Hygiene management programmes. Perform workplace safety orientation and training to employees and subcontract staff.
