Achievements and Recognition: • Transitions from Poland for Credit, Debit notes, Customer spend & successfully stabilized the process • Transitions from South Africa for Promotional credit notes and successfully stabilized the process. • Key resource for both Poland and south Africa market for creation of Credit & debit notes. • Knowing the CARM requirements and working closely on CARM Audits internally. • Received an appreciation from the managers for supporting Kenya, Seychelles Market for facing many challenges and supporting them at time of crisis. • Received a Kaliber award in recognition of demonstrating exemplary performance and Teamwork. • Being a member in the team I happily helped others in the team. • Maintained 100% Quality. • Year end Platinum award winner for F21 across global 1st place Diageo
