The Period from Nov 2007 to May 2010 I was in the UN Mission in Darfur, Sudan, managing complex procurement contracts and between 2000 and 2005 I was Head of Finance and Contracts for the European Commission Agency for Reconstruction in Pristina, Kosovo working within EC Procurement Guidlines (PRAG) and with the OJEC. I have also worked as a Senior Contracts and Procurement Consultant for IM Consultants ltd (IMCL) in India on a World Bank sustainability procurement project (FIDIC Based) for Coal India. I also spent one year working in Croatia as Head of Finance and Procurement seconded to the British Governments Overseas Development Agency from IMCL and a subsequent four years in Bosnia - Sarajevo working for the IMG Consultancy as Director of Admin.
