Corporate Real Estate Major HQ relocations, acquisitions and exit strategies for surplus accomodation for investment banks, other financial institutions, professional service providers, charities, engineers, regulators, TMTs and retailers. Taking leases to satisfy expansion plans and managing corporate divestment programmes. Assets may be UK based or within other jurisdictions.
