For the next 5 years Nick advised many local and national hospitality clients helping in all aspects of the industry from training, operational analysis, start-up procedures, market analysis, real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations. Nick realized that during these 5 years that his passion for deal making and the real estate side of the business steadily grew. It was at that point that Nick decided to make the change from a small boutique real estate firm over to CBRE INC, the world’s largest full service commercial real estate firm, where he would be exposed to an entire new world of retail, while still being able to leverage his advisory and transaction experience. Today, Nick is still utilizing his passion for hospitality to advise many local and national retailers in their expansion throughout the greater Philadelphia region (PA/NJ/DE) by utilizing CBRE national platform of connections and data driven analysis in order to deliver results to his clients.
