This followed a 12-month travel sabbatical during which time I completed a 45,000 km road trek around Australia with my family. Prior to this, I spent 4.5 years living and working in New York City where I helped establish and then led the Mining & Metals Project Finance business in the Americas for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) as Director within its Institutional Banking & Markets division. This followed four years working in CBAu2019s Brisbane office, where I established and led a Natural Resources portfolio in Queensland.
