Adherence, implementation and execution of Compliance and Processes led down by the manufacturer/NSC are also a part of my role in my last three assignments. Achievement of targeted CSI scores as per the manufacturer/NSC guidelines was a hand-in-hand co-ordinated job with the CRM and Marketing team in my KRA.
