During his stint at Khaitan & Co., he has represented multiple domestic and international clients in relation to strategic foreign investments in Indian companies, joint venture collaborations, share transfers and strategic alliances. He has also advised several clients on exchange control laws, sector specific compliances, corporate compliances and general corporate aspects. Nishant joined Khaitan & Co. directly after graduating from NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad in 2015. Nishant has also done a secondment stint as the Legal Head at India Resurgence Fund, which is an AIF and a joint venture of Piramal Enterprises Limited and Bain Capital.
