Noel Nader’s Expertise Noël Nader is an international expert in the eHealth/eGovernment business. He is an engineer in computer sciences graduated by the French state (C.N Arts & Métiers, Paris). He has been awarded as an European Engineer (EUR ING) by the FEANI (European Federation of National Engineering Associations). For 9 years he has been employed as an engineer for the French Ministry of Education and the National Scientific Research Center (CNRS). For 10 years he has been working as senior engineer at CISI, a former subsidiary company of CEA, the french R&D government organization in the nuclear energy domain. For 18 years he has been Head of International Projects for GIE SESAM-Vitale, a non-profit organization supported by the compulsory and complementary Health Insurance schemes in France. Noël has a long experience of Eu-funded large scale projects (Transcards, NETLINK, NETC@RDS) and strong skills in bilateral cooperation with other countries on a best practice exchange basis. More specifically, during a decade (2001-2011), Noël has been the coordinator of the project NETC@RDS for e-EHIC, one of the largest demonstrators of smart and online solutions for the introduction of an electronic European Health Insurance Card (eEHIC) and for the implementation of real-time services via EESSI (Electronic Exchange of Social Security Information). He has also been mandated by the French Health Care authorities as contributor to the eEHIC CEN Workshop Agreement 15974-2009 . Noël has been actively contributing in Open Systems standardization at National and European level (AFNOR, CEN/CENELEC, EUROPEN/AFUU, e-EUROPE, EUROSMART). From 2013 to 2018 Noël was co-founder and Deputy President for Interact4C an international association settled in Brussels, Belgium, dedicated to consultancy services for government and non-profit organizations in the field of smart and secure e-health and e-gov applications. He has also been Informatics teacher in one of the well known engineering school in France (Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris). Currently, Noël is free lance professor at ECAM/EPMI, a post graduate school for engineers located in the area of Paris, France.
