Assess, evaluate and approve Suppliers and monitor the performance of Suppliers through out Project. Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, and other Quality related standards. Fully conversant with the quality control, inspection, testing and certification requirements for Packaged Equipment, Static Equipment, Piping & Fittings, Structural Steel, in accordance with the applicable International Codes & Standards (ASME, ISO, BS, ASTM, EN, AS etc.) Review and approval of Technical Requisitions and Project Specifications. Carry out Technical Bid evaluation meetings, kick off meetings and Pre-Inspection meetings.Review and approval of Vendor Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Test Procedures. Arranging and attending field inspections and raising NCRs for any quality alerts if necessary. Certification in CSWIP 3.1 (Welding Inspector), NDE Level II (RT / PT / MT / UT), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
