Using evidence-based guidance and midwifery experience to work with both the public and private sector, we revive policies and create bespoke initiatives that prioritise and advocate for support for young families and those returning to work from parental leave. Every parent deserves support, and investment in these individuals during this phase of their lives is critical. Leaving them to ‘just get on with it’ is just not acceptable.
