During this adventure, I learned a lot about things far away from my engineering background, like marketing, fundraising, cashflow management, sales, production, and logistics but mostly I learn a lot about myself. Besides being a great experience from a technical point of view, it has been a gym that strengthened my resilience, my drive toward reaching certain goals, and the ability to polish my vision and intention behind what I'm doing. In the last 3 years, while continuing my activity at Linky Innovation I had the opportunity to work as a freelancer for a young reality in the EV- Industry (Privè srl) where I managed specific work packages in two H2020 projects. The best part of this experience was working side by side with an international team and learning new things about electric motors, lightweight materials, and the circular economy. Linky Innovation
