My publications include Nebula, a kmer counting-based method for genotyping common SVs in Illumina short reads that is an order of magnitude faster than mapping-based methods, and SVDSS, a hybrid SV discovery algorithm for PacBio HiFi data based on the concept of SFS that improves genome-wide discovery recall by over 10% compared to state-of-the-art approaches. I earned my Bs.c. in Software Engineering from the prestigious Sharif University of Technology.
