At this time of the year i had a lot of root vegetable in the menu development and daily specials. for a executive chef i like the challenge autumn & winter give in the menu creation and planing. Glad as a executive chef i was working with some great food company. And they always come up with something raise or grow naturally or available for only a week or a month. And no other company have that product. With the help of does company I could do my menu planning and of course food cost.
