I have been responsible for the Haccp, Coshh and food hygiene training for the past 10 years consistently achieving the top Mark of 5 for our hygiene rating. Educated to level 5 in Management, Food hygiene to level 4 Having taken part in a pilot scheme aiming to provide the highest chef qualification a fantastic opportunity to educate the next generation of chefs. I am the first and currently the only one in the UK to attain the HIgher Apprenticeship and diploma in Professional Cuisine qualifcation Aramark
