Mr Chong started his career in the beauty industry with the fragrances and cosmetics distribution division at Inchcape. In 1980, he set up Cosmetiques de France with the vision to enable regional distribution of fragrances and cosmetics from L’Oréal Paris. Determined to make more global brands accessible in Asia, he founded LUXASIA six years later.
