Over a nearly seven year period, we scaled rapidly and managed explosive growth of the real estate portfolio and team. Our teams worked strategizing, transacting, designing, delivering, and operating millions of square feet of office and event space…with project capital budgets ranging from 200-1k per square foot. My introduction of formal cost management techniques and engagement of external cost consultants resulted in nearly 10 million in cost avoidance in one year. Prior to this, I have held several leadership positions, including Head of Global Real Estate at Baker & McKenzie, National Director/SVP - Corporate Solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle, and VP at Grubb & Ellis and Transwestern.
