I oversaw and directed a sales team averaging a yearly customer spend of 1.5 million in EBITDA and developed an LTL portfolio by negotiating competitive pricing tariffs with 15 LTL providers. During this time I also conducted yearly and quarterly demand forecasting/planning to ensure facilities have products on hand, built a new TMS system to manage the flow of LTL shipments for both internal teams and external customers, and implemented and trained all team members on the new TMS system.
