Beyond my team, I strive to give at the organizational level across teams by: -Coordinating organizational level scrum events such as sprint reviews and retrospectives. -Facilitating forums for 11 scrum masters in our product family to ask questions, exchange ideas, best practices and product family coordination purposes.. -Train and mentor new scrum masters so that they can quickly lead other teams in our organization. My goal through this giving is to continuously transform my team and my organization to become more mature in practicing Agile/Scrum frameworks. Scrum Master Certifications: PSM II, PSM I, CSM I Collaboration Tools: Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Advanced Roadmap, Lean Agile Intelligence, Mural, Microsoft Office Finding my passion for giving I actually discovered my passion to give through volunteering with the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce's Young Professional Council (YPC). I co-chaired YPC's professional development (PD) committee to give our committee members the opportunity to curate and coordinate highly attractive PD events for our 1500+ YPC members. It makes me happy to see fruits of this labor in an engaged committee that grew 140% in size, and attendance at our events reaching 90% or above in seating capacity. Forever grateful to the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce for this.
