  I started working in 1991, we did home improvements, renovations and general building work, quickly moved in the realm of Civils and Construction work. In 1998 I got the opportunity to work in the structural steel environment and have enjoyed this segment ever since. I started as a Rigging supervisor and after a 2 -3 years be came a project manager and in 2003 I became a Shareholder and Director in the same company. I remained in this position till 2010, we then restructured the business for BBEEE deal and after two years in a management agreement I left to start my own turn key company. I have done many turn key projects based on the structural steel frame work and a lot of structural steel buildings over the years. I have worked in many sectors and done various facets of the commercial markets and we even got involved with Solar Systems at the peak of demand. I have always been willing to work harder than what is required and have a drive for perfection, but I also acknowledge when mistakes have been made as this allows you to get better at what you are trying to achieve. I have worked via contracts for some of the blue chip companies and developed some long lasting relationships with many customer over the years and believe this is a result of hard work and a positive attitude towards doing the right thing.
