Peter Moleux’s Expertise Expertise: Investigating applications and processes involving chemicals in complex circumstances including Chemistry, Environmental Risk Assessment, Exposure Assessment, Accident and Illness concerns, training, environmental engineering and sustainability. Experience Summary: Peter Moleux is a chemical, environmental, health and safety engineering advisor serving industrial clients, law and expert witness search firms. Typical clients included defense contractors, electronic firms and printed circuit board suppliers, metal finishers, mining companies, primary metal refineries and smelters, automotive, aircraft and aerospace manufacturing, looking for ways to reduce operating and capital costs, reduce pollution, recycle water and purify process baths. Provided guidance (in 2021-2) to a third-party defendant, a construction company, in a civil case. The plaintiff, a hotel and resort company, had purchased an eco-friendly wastewater treatment system, to be partially housed in a new heated greenhouse. That treatment process consisted of mixing/equalization, anaerobic and aerobic processing followed by polishing wetlands prior to final subsurface disposal. Peter specified equipment and a process upgrade to a large food processor of agricultural materials (corn, wheat, and soybeans) to produce Sorbitol describing alternative systems to recover and resell 99% of a valuable catalyst component that was a by-product. Peter coauthored an e-book titled "The Journey to Zero Effluent and Chemical Recycling in Printed Circuit Fabrication” initially in simple Chinese that is currently available from this author. Authored the Pollution Control / Recovery Systems Chapter in the third edition (1988), Fourth Edition (1996), Fifth edition (2001) and in the Sixth Edition (2007) of the PRINTED CIRCUITS HANDBOOK, edited by Clyde Coombs, Jr., published by McGraw Hill
