  Following my work as a member of international consulting firm McKinsey&Company based in Switzerland and in Mexico, I was recruited by Mr Kerry Packer, owner of the diversified media group CPH and PBL, and transferred from Europe to Sydney. During this time, we built Cypress Lakes, a 340 acre golf resort with 400 villas in Pokolbin and operated the resort hotel and club operation. CLG acquired The Golden Door Health retreat in Queensland (1996) and expanded the business by building and operating spas in NSW and QL and an additional health retreat in Pokolbin (The Golden Door - Elysia). I sold my holding and left CLG in 2004. Served as alternate director on the board of Channel TEN and Advance Bank for several years.Led a restructure of listed medical device company SomnoMed Limited in December 2006 and managed the company as Executive Chair until 2016 and Non Executive Chair until August 2020. During these years we built SomnoMed as a company leading in its field and operating with its own staff of over 400 employees in 27 countries in Europe, the US and Australia-Asia.
