I am the Immediate Past President of the Tasmanian Division of the Property Council of Australia, having been the President for two terms from 2019 - 2023, and having previously chaired the Urban Renewal Committee (2017 - 2020) and been a member of the Sustainability Committee (2008 - 2015). I am also a member of the Tasmanian Heritage Council, having joined that organisation in 2020 as a representative of the building development industry. Prior to this I chaired the Australian Institute of Architects' National Sustainability Committee (2008 - 2012), and its Tasmanian Chapter Sustainability Committee (2002 - 2009), and sat as an Institute Chapter Councillor for thirteen years (2002 - 2014). My contribution to sustainability in the built environment has been recognised with the award to Xsquared Architects of the Tasmanian Community Achievement Environment Award in 2014. I am also passionate about workplace culture and good governance and am proud that Xsquared Architects is recognised as one of a select group of Tasmanian Employers of Choice.
