Peter Weiley’s Expertise Engineering and Construction industry Executive with 40+ years of experience in Australia and Asia. Over 20 years working with Tier 1 Contractors, contributing to the expansion of Hong Kong’s infrastructure, most notably the development of the Rail network (Metro and High Speed), working on almost all the new lines completed. Led a study on the Time, Cost and Quality performance of the Hong Kong Construction Sector including benchmarking with adjacent locations such as Australia and Singapore. Since 2019, continued providing industry expertise advice to government and large contractors in Australia, with a focus on the delivery of Mega-projects in the infrastructure sector.
