  I am a physicians'​ lawyer and a health care business manager. As an attorney, I concentrated my practice in health care business and regulation for over 30 years. I am an adjunct professor in the Beasley Institute for Health Law at Loyola University School of Law in Chicago. Among the classes I teach are an in-depth seminar on “Physician Regulation”. I also continue my nearly thirty-year career of lecturing on legal ethics and health law topics to practicing attorneys through several state bar programs and specialty bar association programs.
