Phillip Link’s Expertise Since 2009 (and even before), I have been hooked on Information and Network Security, and obtained the CISSP certification in 2014. After many years of designing and selling cybersecurity solutions for major corporate players, I have now moved to *delivering* cybersecurity services. This has been a great growth opportunity, since it adds a whole new dimension to understanding customer needs and increase customer intimacy. The added dimension is that I can act on that understanding, and apply creativity to bring more value into the equation. Since I deal with multi-year contracts, I also appreciate the profound shift from a short term view to a long term perspective. With a look to sustainable practices, it is the customer relationship which takes on more and more importance, and drives the value creation for everyone. My latest experience in the CISO team at Informatique Banque Populaire has provided a wealth of experience with the governance aspects of Information Security, working within a DevOps environment in the retail banking sector.
