Pieter Dijkstra’s Expertise As I have seen many aspects of contactcenters, I believe that anyone who works in a contactcenter should know what an agent experiences and more importantly how the customer experiences the contact with the agent. These experiences help us to define what the goals are, we have to adhere to when we want to improve a contactcenter as a whole. I.e. An agent are the ears and eyes of the customer and an agent is the first point of contact for a client. The goals I define for working in a contactcenter environment are: -Clearly define: Points of improvement in customer relationship both internal and external. -Clearly understand: your internal and external processes and work on constant improvement. -High Quality contacts lead to lower cost, higher customer sattisfaction and ulimately higher turnover and profit.
