Responsible for maintaining shop floor 5S, meeting board & station autonomous in own shift.Condition monitoring of blades (both Up tower and down tower) Providing solutions for the site technicians by reviewing the blade reports . Vast knowledge in Vestas, Enercon india, Suzlon, Inox blades. Wide knowledge in polyester and Epoxy blades. Performed repair activities in SST & in Carbon spar (Prepreg blades). Knowledge about infusion and vacuum bagging technology. Worked in Blade Add on projects(VG , Gurney flap, Stall Strips,Copper Cap &Copper strip) Repaired TE & LE damages and Root cracks. Performed LEP works. Performed Shell & carbon spar repairs. Worked to solve the unbalance issues in the blades. Repaired major lightening damages and major Shell damages. Inspection of lightening receptor (resistance value ) & replacement. PROJECTS WORKED: (Specialized on Rotor Blades) Blade LPS upgrade project (Vestas blades CIM case), Role: Lead Engineer, Responsible for planning and execution of CIM case. 252MW at Thattaparai, Tamilnadu.
