I have >15 years of experience in data handling and management, data analysis, mining, statistical analysis using both descriptive as well as inferential methods, predictive analysis, and integrative data analysis of multi-omics platforms (including but not limited to RNA-seq, small RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ChIP-seq and whole exome/genome seq). Currently, I have been working on cancer immunoinformatics and machine learning to identify tumors and immune cells interactions, patient’s response to immunotherapy, and determine the next targets for therapy. I also generate dashboards for visual reporting with quick-, context-, global- filters, parameters and calculated fields that allow comparing various projects and improving future planning. During my 9 years of working in cancer genomics and 7 years in kidney diseases, my approaches have found applications in various fields of plant and human health, including chronic and infectious diseases.
