Mastering these disciplines are crucial when managing single or portfolio of projects in any organization. My primary focus when managing projects is looking into long lasting solutions when making decisions as fast and short term focus may harm the solution and quality at a later stage. It is therefore of utmost importance to evaluate the business impact, assess possible risks, have the proposed solution challenged and reviewed by an even experienced expert or colleague, and at the same time be inspired by their knowledge and experience.
