Quinn Nereson’s Expertise Developed and presented a design for a large gas processing plant and gathering system to track fuel usage, flare, and loss back to contributing wells. This helped the business identify gains and losses in the system and allocate them back to the appropriate owners. This also helped the business charge more competitive rates to working interest owners. Presented a business case proposing the business to contract with third parties to increase gas plant revenue. Redefined business processes such as contract entry and journal entry in order to prepare the accounting department to invoice and receive revenue from third parties using the plant. Created a knowledge transition plan, solution support plan, and comprehensive training for the new configurations and processes introduced in the project. Created, established, and managed an innovative risk and issue mitigation process which increased team awareness and commitment to moderating project risks and issues. Managed and enforced a change request process which helped systematically apply scope changes throughout the entire program and greatly improved the quality, coordination, and consistency of all project activities.•Managed $450,000 from 85 national account projects ordered from GE’s most profitable northeastern electrical distributor. •Created an extensive Excel file with eight pivot tables and 31 different graphs tracking late factory shipments. •Presented Excel project to the panelboard product manager, showing that shipments are greater than published lead time. •Established a project management system to manage electrical projects based on type of equipment ordered and lead times. •Solved customer problems pertaining to order changes, shipment tracking, switchgear returns, and panelboard inquires. •Gained technical product knowledge on industrial switchboards, panelboards, transformers, safety switches, and breakers. •Compiled electrical drawings and panelboard schedules for bidding in order to provide support to large project sales team. •Visited distributors monthly in order to build relationships, promote GE products, and learn new market trends. •Organized sales data from 350 electrical contractors to determine distributor profitability and trade area market strategy.•Facilitated and organized 11 weeks of summer camp per year for 250 families and mentored 70 students. •Administered safety of 50 counselors and 400 campers on the ropes course, shotguns, paintball field, and 22 ranges. •Organized eight programs and trained 20 counselors for 10 days at a camp in San Jose, Costa Rica sponsored by Pine Cove.
