I gained knowledge on Project Management, Construction Management, Procurement Management thru stints for duration apart from spending most of the time in Sales and Marketing wherein I handled different types of Boilers being used for CPP/ IPP/ Cogen applications mainly in Industries like Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Sugar, Cement, Steel , Biomass etc. The exposure in different management functions in a company who is into EPC solutions for different business lines, being at site during critical phase to oversee construction and commissioning of boilers at refinery site , exposure in material management - all this has helped me to reach current level position in terms of responsibility. Apart from this , was fortunate to be part of Business Growth Strategy exercise in this organization and worked closely with leading consulting company who guided us on new areas of business and was also involved in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) exercise.
