I believe in strong work life balance and self motivated through my current and past work profile. I gained experience learning SAP MM module across my past professional carrier and got a certification for certified SAP Consultant from Kolkatta. Since i wanted to enhance my general management skills i am pursuing MBA from IMT Gaziabad and Liver Pool Business School via Upgrad. I started my carrier with Lloyds steel industries Wardha and learned basic tools and working procedure in Purchasing function for 2.5 years. I joined JCB India in 2012 and worked for close to 8 years in sourcing function where i gained knowledge on New product improvement process, became a proprietary commodity buyer, worked on implementing cost savings projects for construction equipment segment, Handled import and domestic vendor, responsible for cost reduction targets, became a valuable employee by delivering cost saving ideas. I joined TATA-Hitachi which is my present employer, i am working in sourcing function and also have gained past knowledge on procurement cycle. I implemented cost savings ideas on under carriage track components and have been working on various quality improvement projects to sustain reliability of a final product of Tata Hitachi. I am equally responsible for handling major components like swing motor, Gear Pumps, hydraulic and fuel Filtration system, track chain, swing bearing, idlers, rollers, AC and HVAC system of a wheel loader product. I am handling imported and domestic vendors Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery
