At Idiom, I helped many large-scale brands including Future Group, TVS, Manipal and more, in their marketing and brand management efforts. I have also been an entrepreneur, with DREAM:IN, which was a platform for entrepreneurs to network and grow their businesses. Here, I had a very diverse role, which included building the business, marketing and operations of not just the company, but also over 100 budding entrepreneurs that worked with us. While here, I also helped build education programs (around marketing & entrepreneurship), conceptualised (and helped build) an interactive online platform and lead consulting projects with companies like SAP and Honeywell. I then joined Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC) as a Brand partner in 2014. Here, I have worked with multiple brands across sectors on a range of assignments. From leading the branding exercises for Indian Institute of Science, GD Group of Hotels to working on landmark projects like the rebranding & communication for Dholera Industrial City, SPS Hospitals & Aditya Birla Group. I have also worked on projects, positioning exercises, launch strategies and campaigns for several consumer brands including Scullers, Converse, Jealous 21, Indigo Nation, Pantaloons, 360 Life (a premium organic brand), Nitesh Hub (a premium Pune-based mall) and many more. I currently spearhead all business activities, head the client management team and also lead all the creative strategy & planning aspects for new projects. At VGC, I've even developed workshop modules & a proprietary process that are both based on design thinking.
