Besides being an Automotive Engineer I am Passionate to learn & share my learning to society through various industry – Institution platforms like SAE Mini Baja in India. I am working currently as project leader in Vehicle Integration department and responsible for Architecture development & complete car Attribute development and delivery of a compatible Autonomous vehicle to Waymo. I worked as an Architecture Program engineering manager in Advanced Vehicle Architecture Centre for GM. Responsible for Architecture development for Emerging Markets (BRIC countries). My Key Roles & Responsibilities were -: • Translating customer voice into Technical Requirements for Future Products. Advanced feasibility study with Planning, Marketing & Finance team. • Balancing Key Attributes of Vehicle Definition, estimating initial Budget, Head count and timing assessment as per Global Vehicle Development Program. • Develop Total Enterprise cost and various attributes of Business case like Material cost, Vendor tooling & support in Logistics, Direct & indirect Engineering expenses, Structural cost etc. • Strong focus on cost reduction & Investment optimization, Complexity reduction. I got an amazing opportunity to work and experience different culture in, India, South Africa, South Korea, Brazil, USA, China & Sweden. This helped me to appreciate diversity of various cultures and pushed me to see and experience life & work out of the box. While experiencing different cultures you see the world from a different perspective.
