KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Front Business Units to champion key IT initiatives and operationalize app-related support and service workflows. -Lead, plan, support and manage 25 application development teams and services, application and AWS, AZURE cloud architecture, resource planning, performance and in support of existing and new application systems. -Work with each technology team managers and test managers and outsourced service providers to plan, manage and deliver projects/activities to upkeep, strengthen or create new application and services to enhance service satisfaction and delivery. -Execute projects to achieve standardization of application services across the BANK to reduce operations overheads. -Lead in the hiring, procedures, policy, strategy development, use of IT service management tools, services and standards to ensure high quality and cost-efficient delivery of the services. -Understand systems operations environment and drive Architecture Review and ITIL compliant processes to ensure smooth and sustainable operations (including resiliency requirements). -Identifying and exploring suitable technologies, strategies and solutions to meet organization needs. -Work with Enterprise Architects to Develop solutions / architectures based on technology trends and standards, to exploit new and emerging technologies and products to meet present and future business needs.
