ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY  Daily defect analysis and implement CAPA for the defects.  Process audit to reduce in-house and customer end PPM.  To coordinate Red Bin Meeting & take countermeasure to reduce rejection.  To coordinate QPR meeting and close the QPR in SAP after completion.  To coordinate teleconference meeting with Japanese about daily rejection trend.  Timely providing training to workers and supervisors about product defects and how to resolve/reduce the same.  To analyze customer complaints and resolve the same.  Responsible for Shohin Inspection in every trial.  To ensure all data entry related to QA in SAP.  To ensure PDI of every product.  Improve work culture with implementing Kaizen, 6S, Poka-Yoke & reducing wastage (MUDA, MURA, and MURI).  Monitoring Process to analysis defect via 7QC like (PARETO GRAPH, HISTOGRAM, ISHIKAWA DIAGRAM….) tools or using Why-2 Analysis for improvement. ACHIEVEMENTS  Reduce Assy. PPM from 25732 to 7248 and journey is continuing.  Implement Poka Yoke on different stages.  Member of CFT team.  Received 1 month training of Shohin Inspection in Kobe, Japan.  Facilitator of Quality Circle.
