Taking Backup of the calls from the nice logger. • Maintaining Audit backup and SQL DB backup. • Configuring Channels and enable logger access for agent, supervisor. • Creating Nice Id and enable ID privileges. • Monitoring LTA & STA Alarms on Nice Supervision. • Creating necessary login ID’s and password for IP Soft phone.
