Created a reporting team within our group which helped in resolving complex Cognos issues. Also reset the shift coverage within our team to cover the US (North Americas) shifts ina better way. 8. Trained and managed resources with Medallion product line, thus bringing the support in-house in SoftBrands from a vendor in Russia. This brought down the cost to company significantly. Conducted the QA within our group with select global peers to analyze the language levels within our team. This gave global peers confidence in our ability to support English speaking customers. 9. Worked very well with a project for Walt Disney World company and gave proper handover to US company at the end of the project.
