Skill Set : • Prepares Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Quality control procedure, Method statement, Checklists and Functional test format. • Reviewing instrument datasheet & GAD to issue manufacturing approval. • Coordination with third party inspectors for FAT to approve the Shipping release note. • Performing material receiving visual inspection, reviewing Calibration, MTC & Hazardous area certificates of Instruments. • Working knowledge of standard for Instrument Installation and supporting codes IEC 60079 for hazardous area certification and ASME B31 for impulse tubing & testing. • Understanding of Ex-proof certification of equipment's from ATEX & IECEx standard and SIL certification based on IEC 61511. • Inspecting calibration of Instruments in an approved Calibration laboratory as per standard IEC 17025. • Understanding of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-J) & procedures. • Conduct field inspections on installation & testing of Cables, JBs, Instruments/valves, Impulse/pneumatic tubing & cold/hot loop checking as per Inspection Test Plan (ITP). • Conduct field inspections for telecom – Fiber optic cable laying, splicing & OTDR testing. • Issuing NCR for activity at any stage of inspection which does not meet the drawing or standards. • Able to work on P&ID, Isometric, 3D drawings to assist vendor in confirming the control valve’s direction & orientation. • Punch list preparation, monitoring & closure during field inspection, mechanical completion walkthrough and SAT. • Preparation of instrument loop folder packages for MC dossier. • Supporting Electrical QC team whenever required. • Submitting inspection reports to lead engineers/manager on weekly basis. -Valid GCC driving lenience -valid IECEX Certificate (IECEx CP TSI23.0009) Bahrain Petroleum
