Create and implement strategies to reduce time and effort taken for testing the code and to increase the coverage and identify defects at an earlier stage. • Defect Management – Analyze the defects by severity and aging of defects and create strategy to get them resolved on time to maintain the quality and time take to test the code. • QA Automation – Managing all regression suites using IntelliJ Idea and Visual Studio Code 2 tools for the Silo,P2P and End to End Automation cases. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Integration and End to End testing. • QA lead/Manager - Managed testing team of 60+ team members with 10+ applications across onshore, near shore and offshore. • Ability to interact with project stockholders regarding application requirements and preparing estimates of cost and resource allocations for the project involved. • Ability to interact with developers and product analysts regarding application analysis. • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proven team player and team lead with an analytical bent to problem solving and delivering under high stress environment.
