I worked to develop and train employees as well as improve in-store performance and satisfaction by shortening customer wait times and improving POS processes. Currently I managed to achieve a life's goal of mine and got a job in Japan's prestigious JET Program where I can live out my life's dream to live in Japan while doing my part as an ambassador for the United States to help and inspire students to not only learn English, but to hopefully create lifelong relationships between citizens of both countries. Due to the pandemic my dream has been put on hold temporarily, but my passion for this upcoming part of my life has not and I hope to be in Japan really soon.
