It is natural for me to absorb what would be a burden to others and make everything happen - with a little creativity when necessary. While the medical professionals I support are wildly successful, they have families and private lives outside of their work, too. It’s my job to protect them and their time while making sure they are operating at their best, literally. Patient care is a top priority and if my keeping them organized allows them to provide better care, I consider myself successful. Serving patients brings me to another personal connection. My entire professional life has been embedded in non-profits. Using what skills I have to benefit someone else is what draws me to a position and this is no different. While I am not a medical professional, blood and other unsightly medical needs are NOT in my wheelhouse, I still feel a sense of having contributed to the care of patients by supporting the success of their provider.
